Hydrophilic Soft & Smooth Silicone Oil HN-8686 is a new generation hydrophilic silicone softener. In addition to providing soft and smooth hand feel, it also imparts excellent hydrophilicity, antistatic properties, and stain resistance to fabrics, greatly improving the wearability of textiles. It is particularly suitable for hydrophilic softening finishing of pure cotton, polyester/cotton blends, pure cotton underwear, towels, wool blends, and other fabrics.
